Our refund commitment

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process. This policy applies to all KwaWingu products and services — subscriptions, one-time purchases, and custom development.

Refund eligibility

Eligible for a refund

  • Subscriptions within 14 days of purchase
  • Technical issues preventing product use
  • Product not as described
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Downtime exceeding our SLA commitments

Not eligible

  • Requests after the 14-day window
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Change of mind after extensive use
  • Custom work already delivered
  • Breach of the Terms of Service

Processing timeline

Request submission

Day 1

Review

We review your request and may follow up for details or to resolve the underlying issue.

1–3 business days

Refund

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.

5–10 business days

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please include:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • The email address on your account
  • The product or service name
  • The reason for your request
  • Any relevant screenshots (for technical issues)

Exceptions & special cases

  • Promotional purchases follow the same policy unless stated otherwise
  • Free trials are not refundable — cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Third-party services must be refunded by the respective provider
  • Please contact us before initiating a chargeback
