These terms apply to all users — visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Your responsibilities

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Lawful use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Data accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.

Prohibited activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited content
  • Reverse engineer our software
  • Resell or redistribute our services

Payment & billing

Subscription terms

  • Payments are processed securely
  • Subscriptions renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds follow our refund policy
  • Price changes come with 30 days notice

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account
  • Service continues until the period ends
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Data retained per the privacy policy

Limitation of liability

KwaWingu provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim.
